Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery

If it is an emergency and you need your new appliance as soon as possible don’t panic! If you place your order on selected appliances before 10pm we can get them to you the next day for an additional £14.99.

Rapid Delivery

If you need your appliance quickly you can choose our Rapid Delivery service and we will get your order to you within 3 days. Standard delivery is free, so the only cost is £6.99 for the rapid delivery service.

 

Weekend Delivery

You might want your delivery on Saturday or Sunday so you don’t have to book time off work. Our weekend delivery service only costs £9.99 and as standard delivery is free, £9.99 is all you have to pay.

Standard Delivery

If you’re not in a rush you can go with either our free Standard Delivery and have your appliance delivered within 5 to 14 days or try our free Basic Delivery Service and have your appliance delivered on the first available delivery date 14 days after your date of purchase.

We’d like to tell you about our 10 point delivery commitment and what makes us stand apart from the rest, and how we place you, our customers, at the centre of everything we do.

  • Quick and efficient service - your new appliance is delivered directly from our central warehouse, you can choose the best date for delivery.
  • Price - we have a competitive price to make sure we deliver your products without costing the earth.
  • Delivery to suit you - We deliver to all UK postcodes* 7 days a week; you can choose rapid, next day** or Saturday and Sunday delivery. We may sometimes experience delivery restrictions in your area beyond our control. We’ll show any restrictions in the checkout delivery calendar so you’re aware of them.
  • One Delivery - If you order your appliances together we will deliver them together!
  • Delivery slots – on the day of your delivery we will call you to let you know when your appliance will be delivered, which will be during a 4 hour time window in either the morning or afternoon.
  • Keeping you informed - Your delivery driver will call you if there is anything you need to know, because we want you to be able to plan your day!
  • Professional two man delivery teams – Your appliance will be delivered by a two man delivery team, who will carefully carry your appliance(s) into a room of your choice.
  • Taking Care – We take great care when delivering to always respect your property. We do ask that you remove any obstacles and clear the route to where the appliance will be placed to make it as easy as possible for the delivery crew.
  • Recycling - You can request for us to take away and recycle your unwanted appliances for just £9.99 (This service is not available in selected postcode areas or Northern Ireland).
  • Connection - We can connect your new appliances for a small additional charge of just £19.99 saving you the hassle of having to book your own fitter at an average call out cost of £80.

* This excludes Northern Ireland, selected postcodes for the Isle of Wight and is limited to the UK mainland.

** Next Day delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Sunday.
